The registration fee entitles to:
- Admission to all scientific sessions and to the Exhibition Area
- Conference kit and scientific program
- Certificate of attendance
- CME credits for the accredited categories
The following events are complimentary for all attendees regularly registered for the conference:
- Welcome Cocktail on Wednesday 25 May
- Working lunch on Thursday 26 and Friday 27 May 2022
PLEASE NOTE
The early fee until 3 March will be applied only if payment (by credit card or bank transfer) is received by that date.
Registrations requested before 3 March but not paid by that date, will be automatically converted to the late fee.
Deadline for online registration: 7 May 2022
Registrations received after 7 May will be accepted provided there are still places available.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will have to be made in writing to the Organizing Secretariat at meet@meetandwork.com
Cancellations received before 24 March 2022 will be eligible for a 70% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations received after 24 March 2022 will not be eligible for refund.
Refunds will be handled after the conference.
