The Congress will take place at the prestigious Rome Convention Center “LA NUVOLA” (“The Cloud”), designed by the architect Massimiliano Fuksas, inaugurated in 2016 and opened to the public 2 years later. The architectural complex of the Cloud is divided into three large areas: the "Teca", the "Cloud" and the "Lama". The total maximum capacity is 8,000 seats, of which over 6,000 in the congress halls and 1,850 in the Auditorium, the scenic heart of the project. A translucent cloud suspended in a transparent parallelepiped: this is how the Congress Center in the EUR district of Rome appears, among the buildings of Piacentini and the rationalist architectures of the Thirties. The large parallelepiped structure 30 meters high, in glass and travertine, allows a glimpse of the "Cloud" inside. It covers 3,500 square meters and is supported by a steel structure that lets it float in mid-air above a huge, covered square intended for exhibition space.

The "Teca" (“The Display Case”) is the polygonal steel building with a double glass facade that contains the complex of actual congress halls, which can be arranged in a wide variety of configurations thanks to a system of mobile walls.

The “Nuvola(the "Cloud") is the characteristic structure of the project and contains the Auditorium, divided into stalls and gallery, served by three foyers. It is connected to the "Teca" by means of suspended walkways and by the "hull", the main supporting structure. The Auditorium, lined internally by 4,725 American cherry wood panels and externally by 2,306 black wooden panels, was created with complex cutting systems that guarantee a continuous curved surface and ideal acoustics even for high-level musical and theatrical events.

In addition to the car parks in dedicated adjacent areas, in the basement, there is a car park for the exclusive service of the Congress Center with 600 parking spaces. Lastly, the "Lama" is an independent and autonomous 4-star business hotel (not open yet).

La Nuvola is easily reachable from the airports of Rome (about 20 km from “Leonardo da Vinci” airport and 15 km from “Ciampino” airport) and from the center of Rome (about 15-20 minutes by car or taxi).

It is connected to Termini train station by underground line B: EUR Fermi station is less than 500 meters from the Nuvola.
